With a sharp transition to raw foods in most cases, there is a rapid elimination of subcutaneous fat, slag, kidney stones, etc. from the body. Purification of the body can occur actively, so often chronic or hidden (previously undetected, in the initial stage) diseases are often exacerbated.

If you are over 35 years old and you do not stick to a diet rich in raw vegetables and fresh fruits (at least 40% of the diet), or if you already have serious chronic diseases, especially urolithiasis or cholelithiasis, you should consult a doctor who knows what raw foods are, veganism and is not opposed to such nutrition. In this case, go gradually, periodically visiting the doctor and doing the necessary tests and examinations prescribed for your disease.

What should be done immediately?
Exclude from the diet coffee, tea, cocoa, fried foods, smoked meats, sweets (flour confectionery, chocolate). Every day you need to consume more raw vegetables and fresh fruits.

Ways of switching to raw foods:
smooth, when the amount of raw foods in the human diet is gradually increasing daily, and the number of traditional dishes cooked with heat treatment decreases. Those. there is a gradual replacement of cooked food with raw, fresh products;
quick, when the rules of raw food are beginning to be applied literally from the day after the decision is made.
As you can see, there are few ways, but in both cases perseverance and firmness are necessary.
With a smooth transition, you need to plan very clearly in advance what and when you change your diet, constantly monitor compliance with your own rules. When the first rule becomes a habit, the body also gets used to eat a little differently, and you can already introduce a new rule. So your food habits change imperceptibly and the whole organism gradually changes. The frequency of introducing new rules you choose yourself, listening to your body, it can be from a couple of days to several weeks. But do not wait for obvious changes in appearance and health – everything will happen slowly and unnoticed, but guaranteed without unexpected serious exacerbations.

A quick transition gives quick obvious results, but quite often causes the most unexpected cleansing reactions from rash to bouts of gallstone and urolithiasis. Therefore, it is recommended to decide on a quick transition only to people who are young and almost healthy.

At one time, having studied all the available literature, opinions and experiences of people, I was inspired by the idea of ​​raw food, gaining health in a natural way and decided to go abruptly, according to the second method. I consider myself quite healthy and strong, so I took the chance. In principle, I believe that I was not mistaken – the results did not take long to wait, you can read more about my experience. A quick transition, of course, is more risky in terms of possible unexpected reactions of the body, but it gives the opportunity to immediately appreciate the benefits of raw food – some improvements in appearance and self-awareness appear already in the first week. This in turn inspires deeds and gives the strongest charge to move on.

I did not try the first way, as I thought that it would be very difficult for me to go smoothly (I took into account the peculiarities of my character – to catch fire quickly, and just as quickly lose interest, without having obvious results).

But my choice is only mine and each person should make a decision only by himself.
