Food is the only pleasure
Many are accustomed to pamper themselves with delicious food so much that they simply cannot fall asleep without eating any high-calorie nastiness, like ice cream or bun, after a busy day of work. It turns out that when sugar enters the body, the brain releases so-called opioids, which calm and relax, the same effect is achieved by the use of most drugs.

Decision? It is necessary to find another occupation that gives pleasure, not related to food. Sports, walks, games or even interesting work may well replace sugar, but often all attempts are in vain, changing the diet, a third problem appears.

Inability to cope with negative emotions
Since childhood, people learn to avoid trouble and suppress painful feelings, but not all methods of finding humility are beneficial. The inability to quietly experience difficult moments in life is one of the most common causes of emotional eating.
