All this is possible due to the high content of isothiocyanates in the vegetable composition, which are necessary for the fight against cancer. Broccoli can also turn on and off genes that can fight and, conversely, provoke the development of cancer.

4. Blueberry is not only an excellent dessert, it is unique in its kind. Due to the fact that its composition contains a record amount of vitamins and nutrients, it can be considered a champion among fruits and vegetables. Blueberries also contain antioxidants that fight against free radicals. For this reason, experts recommend instead of harmful chocolate, with a minimum amount of cocoa butter in the composition and the maximum amount of sugar, eat a handful of these berries.
