4. Blueberry is not only an excellent dessert, it is unique in its kind. Due to the fact that its composition contains a record amount of vitamins and nutrients, it can be considered a champion among fruits and vegetables. Blueberries also contain antioxidants that fight against free radicals. For this reason, experts recommend instead of harmful chocolate, with a minimum amount of cocoa butter in the composition and the maximum amount of sugar, eat a handful of these berries.
