We are a small family owned business that has been growing fresh fruit and vegetables for over 5 years. Our jam business started out as an act of desperation. 3 years ago we experienced a major yellow jacket bee infestation. These obnoxious pests decided to taste our entire crop of strawberries - one berry at a time. They were so rude that they would not even eat all the fruit, just take a bite here and there, making it unmarketable as fresh fruit.

So instead of destroying the crop we decided to go into the jam business. So after much research to find the very best of old and new recipes alike, we embarked on a voyage that has led us here. We hope you enjoy every bite!
